20cm (7.75") long, Everest left-handed knives are made in Italy using high grade stainless steel, thus ensuring the highest possible quality.
This heavy duty Cook's knife is specifically sharpened and scalloped on the right-hand side of the thick stainless steel blade to allow a clean straight cut with the left hand.
This knife is perfect for friction-free cutting, especially for food that is hard on the outside and soft on the inside.
The non-slip blue handle is shaped for comfort.
Dishwasher safe; however for best results, we recommend hand-washing.
