Refund policy
Please choose carefully as we don't give refunds if you change your mind about a purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at refunds@eliteleft.com within 14 days from the date of delivery to arrange a refund or exchange.
Return shipping for a refund or exchange is the responsibility of the customer and we will cover the cost of returning the exchanged item.
The item/s must not be used and be in its original condition. If these conditions are not met the refund or exchange will not be processed.
If a product proves to be faulty, ELITE LEFT LIMITED will either refund or replace the product within 12 months of purchase unless specified differently under the product description.
ELITE LEFT LIMITED will not replace items from general wear and tear from use of product.
ELITE LEFT LIMITED will not replace, remedy or refund the product under circumstances of vandalism, misuse or general lack of care.
