Perfect for straight cutting, this carving knife is specifically sharpened on the right-hand side of the thick stainless steel blade to allow a clean straight cut with the left hand.
The non-slip blue handle is shaped for comfort.
Dishwasher safe; however for best results, we recommend hand-washing.
