12cm (4.75") long, Everest left-handed knives are made in Italy using high grade stainless steel, thus ensuring the highest possible quality.

This steak knife is specifically sharpened and scalloped on the right-hand side of the blade to allow a clean straight cut with the left hand.

Steak knife

Good and sharp, am cutting my food better than ever. When I was little I was “encouraged” to use my right hand but never conquered my knife or wristwatch. This would have made a big difference. But now have a left handed great nephew and have given him one of these and other products and he is more than pleased. He was almost speechless with the scissors. Very many thanks.
